中国人，尤其是没有入籍的我想还是不要参加的好！除非是当成祭奠在朝鲜战场上为国捐躯的中国士兵！
至少现在我这一代不会去了！

就是中国共产党政权在未取得世界承认的前提下，并未宣战，而是把中国人民当炮灰，充当朝鲜金政权的雇佣兵，与联合国作对。

中国人过去、现在和未来在这件事上与加拿大有相同的价值观。

农场有有幸为国家生产称为做“第100号庄稼”的战略物资，
就是鸦片。

收获时节，
丰满的烟桃象神秘的宝葫芦，
雪白的花朵丝绸般细腻象日本美女的脖颈。

妈妈说，
鸦片是一位漂亮小姑娘死后坟上长出来的。

我问，
小姑娘就甘心把自己的生命化为大烟鬼的美食？

妈妈说，
从前的鸦片花更漂亮，
从深紫、大红、洋粉全有。

我说，
现在农场只种白花是防止人们产生邪念。

爸爸笑的几乎喷饭，
你没邪念就好，
白花的鸦片产量最高。

（消息：超市上有一种焙狗上不是芝麻，是鸦片籽。小黑小黑那种。）

加拿大士兵有没有打过一场真正意义上的抵御外侮的卫国战争？

还是一直被国家派遣到遥远的他国土地上去参与一场战争？

或者更准确地说：是被美国引领而介入一场战争？

最可怜的是那些死于战场的，皆属于平民的士兵。

高官达人是永远不会将自己的子弟送往战场的。

It seems that there are lots of people in this forum who don't understand why we observe Remembrance Day. They are very confused or ashamed of wearing a poppy in November to show their respect and appreciation to those who died for the country. I believe the meaning behind the tradition of Remembrance Day need to be clarified.

Why is the Remembrance Day observed on the 11th of November at 11 oclock? Remembrance Day is observed at this allotted time is because it is the day when the first World War officially ended in 1918. We wear a poppy to commemorate those who lost their lives to protect their country, including those brave soldiers who died for us in different wars in the history of China. We are not talking about politics, we are showing respects to people who died in the wars.

We wear a poppy is not because we try to say that we are proud of being part of the wars. On the contrary, we wear a poppy to remind ourselves how important and valuable World Peace is. We are try to remind people how important life is and conflicts can be resolved through negotiations. We should recognize the differences existing in all nations and traditions so that we can accept those differences and appreciate the " rainbow" we have in the world.

Nobody should feel ashamed of wearing a poppy because it shows the rest of the community that we care about world peace and we won't forget those pains and lost happened in the wars and we will try our best to make our world a peaceful world for the current and next generation.

We need to come out of the restricted thinking circle and look out of the box where you can see the beautiful rainbow with multiple colours. If you can accept only one colour, I do believe living in a multi-coloured country is a pain at ass for you.

温哥华各种异族比例大
看来看去也就习惯了

看了半天，发现原来是一样啊，小时候大家都去烈士陵园，大家看看当时校长说的话，和这位是不是很象啊，“现在的幸福都是这些士兵用鲜血换来的。。。”。"你们今天的幸福生活，都是他们的牺牲换来"...

会说几句英语就不知如何好了啊！不要动不动就是ass！难道你说话用ass，那你吃的是大便啊！
真不想说你什么，以为到了加国就可以忘掉自己的祖国了啊！我见过很多其它国移民，还真是中国移民最爱骂自己的祖国！也最让外国人看着没有骨气！
