申请了团聚移民后再申请探亲签证的情况

目前在等待SPONSORSHIP check,
请问是应该在申请时告知以上情况呢，还是当作什么事情都没有发生？
如果申请中说明此情况，那是否还有可能被拒签，而且就很难挽回了？

Yes. Parents still can apply for visitor visa, plus you have to answer "yes" to the question 12 e in the application form stating that you have submitted the sponsorship application which is the first step of the family class immigration.  Then give a brief explanation as above in the box a few lines below.
