Yes, Only buy MOVE-IN ready property and have a GOOD lawyer ( so many careless incompetent lawyers ) read the purchase agreement thoroughly and have the lawyer sign his name on the contract with statement said : " He have explained the agreement in detail "; if he didn't sign, change to another lawyer!

想捡漏。哪里都是一份价钱一份货。名字像三哥。捡漏时候没有吵吵。偶尔搞了个没升值房就吵吵。当初买的时候没看吗？
