标题: 组织冬季滑雪活动
这次早点开始组织，要滑的放马过来。

加拿大滑雪秘笈

◆穿啥：以多层次穿脱容易为佳，最好有一件抵万件的goretex外套，防水又保暖，颜色鲜艳拍照更好看。此外，帽子、手套不可缺，避免穿牛仔裤，鞋子必须防滑，全副武装才能维持甜美形象，不会冻成雪花冰一碗！

◆涂啥：保湿霜厚厚给它糊上去，记得擦防晒油，雪地也是会反光的；护手霜、护唇膏必备。

◆吃啥：巧克力为补充热量佳品，而且有运动，记得要多喝水。

◆戴啥：具真正遮阳功能的太阳眼镜是一定要的啦！

mont st. louis/moonstone 还不错啊，比blue mountain近一半

mont st. louis/moonstone 的缺点是主要滑道只有两个，缺少变化，偶尔去几次还可以，老去会觉得没意思

你去过mont st. louis没有啊？那儿有全安省最好的terrain park, 而且主要滑道也不是就两条吧！

其他的滑道过于easy 没意思所以不算
另外她的滑道太单调缺少变化
