标题: 如何能办姊妹移民
不知道有没有办法为兄弟姐妹移民。是否可让父母先办成，再由父母办子女移民。不知是否有人办过子女移民。

Yup, that's how I apply my bro and sis come over, when apply for my parent,they apply them at the same time, they all landing in Canada at the same time,but they must be under 18 and single.
