标题: 把二楼的洗衣房改成卫生间，需要相关部门的许可吗？

计划把二楼的洗衣房改成卫生间，今天和一白人同事说起这样。他说这么做的话，最好先取得政府相关部门的许可。

请问，是这样的吗？谢谢。

洗衣房和卫生间都是需要上下水设施的，模棱两可，去政府问一下没坏处。如果要动建筑结构，比如打通墙体，或者移动墙的位置，最好去政府咨询一下。

洗衣房改卫生间。主要是存在下水问题。坐便器的下水管道很粗的，开通、联接、固定需要实际经验。

事事都向政府部门咨询，是个良好习惯。
