标题: 我对近期海外中文媒体环境的一些看法

近期海外中文媒体圈发生的最大事件就是香港《明报》前总编刘进图遇袭案，其后还有香港《晨报》的两名高管人员遇袭。

特别是刘进图遇袭，是发生在香港媒体人黑衣反灭声大游行之后，是明目张胆的恐吓。其实海外中文媒体的现状我认为并不是孤立事件，必须从更大的背景来看待。从去年下半年开始，中国大陆的互联网言论被明显收紧，打压自由言论和公民运动的力度大大加强了。这明显是来自于中共高层为保党而做的一个明确决策，具体各个部门在自己的管辖范围内执行。具体对香港，那就是负责港澳事务的部门来执行。只不过海外和中国大陆有明显的客观环境上的差别。在中国，中宣部的一纸禁令就可以做到，要抓人也可以立即执行。而在海外，则需要通过一定的渠道和方式来做。

比如在香港，就要通过向这些中文媒体的高层施压、乃至通过香港政府来做，有一个力的传递过程，时间上比内地稍稍滞后一些罢了。而在海外的其他地方，我猜测中共的外交派驻机构也领受了同样的压力，要在当地的中文言论圈里营造或“增进”相同的气氛

There are definitely a number of full time and part time Wu Mao here. Most Chinese people in Canada have some level of acceptance of western values such as liberty, rule of law and democracy, otherwise they wouldn't have come here in the first place. However, the political posts on 51 forum are overwhelmingly anti-west, mocking US and Canada for everything they do, and support every anti-west country in the world, such as Russia, Iran and China. It's not hard to see this place is controlled by China's propaganda dept.

i agree....我认为会有海外的“相关部门”的官员盯着当地有一些影响力的中文媒体看，如果觉得“不利于祖国”的言论抬头了，就会敲打经营者——你们该注意注意了！

Probably, same thing happened on other forums such as rolia, it used to have a neutral position on political issues, but now is also overwhelmingly anti-west and pro-China. Looks like an overseas Chinese forum simply can't survive without taking a position that is endorsed by Beijing's propaganda machine. In addition to using Wu mao, they also make sure the Ban zhu must have a 'politically correct' position, or they will force a change.

资本的渗透一直在进行，应该从去年下半年开始，力度都有加强。国内正在搞“网络舆情咨询师”，要让五毛上岸，应该近期这样的人会大量出现。

中宣部倒不至于，领馆是一定有的，各地的“总领事馆”都有“侨务组”，有专职的“侨务领事”。
难道他们就是走街串巷，和“侨领”们吃吃饭么，呵呵呵...

原来中宣部还知道我们51网友！
