哈总在外交上应向澳洲和西欧（英，法，德除外）的国家看齐较好。所谓的一些价值观必须依靠一定的实力为依托，不然就显得无价值了，可惜掉了。

一点没错，国家实力是最重要的，任何外交归根到底还是实力的对比。加拿大对中国嚷嚷了这么多年，结果最后大事一件不落的都妥协了。

There is nothing wrong with 装腔作势. Canada does not have too much influence on Russia if acting alone, that's true, but that does not mean Canada should not act with the rest of Western world to apply pressures on the Russians. United we have power. The world stage is just like the streets, you prevent fighting by showing your opponents that you are willing to go tough and always prepared for a fight. By showing weakness and hesitation, you just embolden your opponents and thus invite more fightings and wars.
At least Mr. Harper understands this reality, not like Mr. Obama who often has a delusion about 'world peace and harmony' which affects his decisions and will probably have dire consequences for the world.

一边是搞了多少年外交的前大使、一边是哈珀保守党，到底是谁“Too simple! Too naive!“？


至于您老，借机说“政府对更多的华人移民关上大门”就是好呀就是好！？看不惯来自中国的移民是吧？如果在人头税年代，您会不会就是支持排华法的一位？

Hope your money is still safe when Russian bombers flying over your head on a routine basis. It's not a joke. Russian warships are already stationed in Cuba and Venezuela armed with guided missiles, it's bombers are frequent visitors of North American airspace. Even Iranian warships are patrolling the sea near the US. It's not a joke, these are all happening right now thanks to the current leader of the free world who don't have any backbones, and refuse to accept the fact that the world is a dangerous place. WW3 is not far.
