1 纯正的豌豆淀粉50g配清水550g(最好的豌豆粉才能达到这个比例)

2 用150g水将豌豆粉调匀

3 将剩余的400g水在火上烧开

4 缓缓加入调匀的豆粉汁

5 一定要一边加一边顺时针快速搅拌(火可以调至中火)
