Saskatchewan is in the middle west of Canada. There are two major cities, one is Regina and the other is Saskatoon. Regina is the capital of the province. University of Regina and University of Saskatchewan are in Regina and Saskatoon respectively. If you want to study English and get some subsidary, you should go Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science & Technology, the website is http://www.siast.sk.ca/ and you can check it on the web. I am not sure is there any infromation on subsidary. But I am definitely sure that if you study there, you can get the provincial allowance. A lot of Chinese students are there.
