actually with a HR degree will give you a high salary, of course it all depends on your experience. And if you are planning to go back China, you will have a very good future on the field, if not, you have to consider whether your English is good enough to communicate well with people. one key thing: HR in China is quite different from that in Canada, dont u feel the interpersonal net is so much more complex that here in Canada? anyways, it's tough to deal with people especially in the Government in China. Cross my heart!
