911也是有问题，有一次打电话给911（因为一个病人大出血）结果接线员折腾了半天，过了半个小时车才来。好在是静脉出血不是动脉出血，不然就出人命了，不知道那时谁负责？

You didn't get the story clear.

The CBC staffs were there when the Ford making the call.

The Ford have the right to open the conversation if he want, this is the privacy of Ford not the police. The 911 make this very clear. However, the Ford doesn't give the 911 to public the conversation.

The Ford apologized for the F-word he said.

Understandable. The mayor had raised the police's salary for next 3 years and didn't punish Blair for unable to follow the budget cut. The Chief police just repay our mayor the favor.
