§ Repair all product lines according to the training received through service manuals and other engineering documents
§ Test demo units as requested by sales/marketing departments
§ Answer questions about repairing from customers or customer service representatives (CSR)
§ Prepare daily repair report and data entry for all repair records into RDB
§ Performs other assigned work as specified by manager
§ Performs run-in check procedure
§ Tags all defective components and move to SP WH by daily
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
AA degree in EE or equivalent + 1 year experience in repairing electrical products.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
LANGUAGE: Bilingual (English / Mandarin)
