如果按流量收费，这是最合理的。但是服务商们最恨的就是这种收法。

网络流量不同于水电，它是无限量零成本的。真正科学的计费应该是按带宽计费，所谓按网络流量计费是加拿大这些王八蛋公司呼悠宰割老百姓的彻头彻尾的愚民政策。一个月所用的数据流不会超过带宽乘以24小时乘以30天。人为限定流量完全是阻碍未来网络应用技术的发展。你想用网络电视取代BELL，ROGERS的垃圾节目，对不起，流量限制就卡死你。这些混蛋公司实在是祸国殃民。CRTC花着纳税人的银子却与这些混账垄断公司同流合污，助纣为虐，天理难容。

Rogers has overcharged me for more than 3 months because of useage. I found that in one day I used 5 useages. They changed that number!!! Do you believe it? What I did is that I had watched Rogers' numbers to move before the month was due. I found that my numbers were changed from 72 to 77 useages, just in one day. If I use 5 useages in a day, 30 days will be 150 useages, right? So Rogers is dishonest to us all. Check before the end of the month. You will find the same.

千万不能这样做，这样的话，又形成了大公司的垄断，他们想定多高的价就定多高，到时候你哭都来不及，就像现在的油价。

CRTC的人白領薪水？？？意見大大早前就應該咨詢。
暫緩60日限期內---才"應民意"公開咨詢新意見(市民意見)，又要公開咨詢意見，
又要收集處理意見，又要重新立案，又要上報聯邦，又要什麼1讀2讀3讀....。簡單是搞笑。

把專營權拿出來，多引入2-3家外來公司，並立法不能拼購(像roger 拼購fido)，讓競爭提升效率。
成效會更理想。

它仅仅是 0 和 1的组合， 怎么能与水和电，gas 之类相比较， 真是愚弄消费者。照此理论，他们的电视服务以后也可以以流量来收费了。 简直是愚味之极。 完全与当今世界突飞猛进的技术世界和观念相脱节。
