Toronto is becoming a welfare city, that is why its competibility is going to the sink and mid-class are moving to the suburb, that is also why I say welfare is a trap set by David Miller and NDP.
We need these services for our city: basic education, public libraries, police and fire fighters, some public transit. Everything else are extra

新移民本来就不是主要纳税人群,政府应该努力作为,让他们尽快成为纳税群体.警察经费才应该年年递减,如果年年攀升说明这个社会在往什么方向发展?至少说明政府只能靠暴力才能维持社会管理.
