Finally they start talk about income in the housing market, which barely see in last 5 years. We all know how much we make, no increase at all, except agents.
When you put the income increase(decrease) and housing price in the last 10 years together, what the picture tells you, only nobrainer can see nothing.
I feel sorry for the people do not have a house, and the you people going out of school, they need pay 2 or 3 times more to get their first home compare 5 years ago, and their wage, they lucky can get couple bucks more.
