这里指的是第一次到加的时间吗？旅游路过是否算？
３. 在表格最后的signature of applicant， place应该填Canada 还是Toronto?

#1 is when you first day came to Canada
#2 you are China citizen before you come to Canada's ,so you need write China
#3 if you are in Toronto now , write Toronto .just a place you stay until you send the documents .
