China government should build a mental health hospital dedicated to healling these mental illness, such as 达赖喇嘛 and his followers.
It is not politic issue, it is mental health issue!
It is not a human right issue, It is a mental disorder issue.
In this way, china is able to eliminate human right complaints, and is able to put more efforts to cure their mental disease. Side effect of medication is unavoidable. so if they dead caused by side effect, no one is qualify to question the scients, madical science.
