人家都说了如果自己喜欢又需要的时候可以入市。 如果是出于自己需要,什么时候买都可以的,有何况有好的Deal,现在不买等到啥时候?很多和多伦多相同经济程度的美国城市, 房子本来就比多伦多的便宜。

how much the US house market will affect Toronto or canada house market?  I think these two countries can not compare directly because the they are so different in many aspects. the biggest factor is that there are different house demanding since toronto has constant incoming immigrants from many poor countries such as china and india, philipin, vietnam etc. but us didn't have such a immigrant policy. the second big difference is us people have more choice when they looking for house.
