I would never consider to buy such an expensive house. It's not worth of that price - half a million dollars. Most of the houses were pushed to higher and higher by our Chinese immigrants. If we don't do that way, the price will go down.

Location, location, location !
The value of this house may get 30% increase in next 10 years.
But if you put same money into a house close to downtown
Toronto, it will go double or even triple.
