Visa Requirement
No, it is not that easy, if you have a PR Card and a Chinese Passport.
First,US Embassy in Canada usually rejects your application for the first few months, usually 6, in Canada. After that, they will consider your visa appplication for visiting.
There is a fee. Don't call their 1-800 number, very expensive.
After booking an appointment, download a few documents, print them out and follow all instructions.
Prepare all support documents.
Attend the Embassy or consulate office with your appointment. They won't let you in without an appointment or answer any question. If you are late or miss your appointment, you have to rebook and pay the new fee.
They will ask you a few questions. If rejected, they will tell you. If accepted, they will tell you to come back usually on a Friday to pick up the visa.
The process is very time consuming. Booking an appointment sometimes takes 2 to 3 months. Because of the hassle, alot of Chinese choose not to go.
