anyway, as a chinese immigramt, I initially met piles of difficulty u can't image, language problem is existing; but the other problem comes out which is to u don't know here some local standard and tradional structural style.don't think u have been working this field so many years. I can tell u guys. I was in charge of various types of engineering projects. but when i just jointed canadian company which let me face a big challange for first time. too much is different.
