[公告]Help Desk Operators

The successful candidate will be required to provide and deliver
first-tier, technical support and problem management to end users on moderately complex issues regarding computer operations, including installations, setups, error messages, on-line transactions, system status and downtime procedures. The candidate may be required to implement, administer and maintain user control systems through the use of controls, and procedures to prevent unauthorized access,modifications, disclosure, misuse, manipulation, or destruction of
systems, networks, applications and data.

One year of experience in a related field. Help desk experience is preferred. Customer service and/or call center experience is
preferred.

Required technical skills include, but are not limited to, 1-2 years of work experience with the following tools:

*Call Center (Preferred)

*Lotus Notes (a plus)

*Windows XP (a plus)
