如果没有高中毕业证书公证可以申请大学吗？
或者是做假的高中毕业证书可以吗？一定需要高中毕业证吗请知道的帮个忙

if you are current high school student, it is okay.
But...seems you are not.

高中毕业证书 is required.

high school diploma is required.
and you must make a true copy for it.
