怎样计算技术移民的全日制教育的年数？

Need Help: How to calculate the number years of education?

1. I spent one year full time study on ESL english program at a college, is that can be included in the calculation of education years?

2. A two year full time university studying, but have not gotten the degree, is that can be included in the calculation of number years of education?

I hope someone gives a hand.
