乌克兰非民选当局准备武力清除示威者 俄国呼吁召开安理会紧急会议

Russia has called on the UNSC and OSCE to urgently consider the crisis in Ukraine, saying that the announcement made by the Kiev authorities on Sunday to mobilize military forces to put down protests in the south-east of the country is a ‘criminal order.’
Events in south-eastern Ukraine have taken a very dangerous turn,the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
“The Kiev authorities, who self-proclaimed themselves as aresult of a coup, have embarked on the violent militarysuppression of the protests,” the ministry said adding thatthe rallies, which have gripped the Donbas region were promptedby Kiev’s disregard of the legitimate interests the people.
Moscow slammed Sunday’s order, issued by the coup-imposed actingPresident Aleksandr Turchinov approving a full-scale securityoperation in the country’s eastern regions, as“criminal”.
“Blood has already been spilled as the result of such actionsin the South East.”
The ministry’s statement elaborated that Russia strongly condemnsattempts to use brutal force against protesters and activists byinvolving militants from the far-right Right Sector group orother illegal armed forces.
The West should bring its allies in Ukraine's government undercontrol, Moscow said stressing “it depends on the West now tostop the civil war in Ukraine”.
“We demand the Maidan henchmen, who overthrew the legitimatepresident, to immediately stop the war against their own people,to fulfill all the obligations under the Agreement of 21February,” the Foreign Ministry said.
“The western sponsors of the Maidan government, especiallythose who witnessed the Agreement and are backedby the US, have to curb their out of control wards, they have tomake them break away from the neo-Nazis and otherextremists…”
The Kiev authorities have to start a national dialogue with anequal participation of all regions to make urgent and radicalconstitutional reforms, the ministry said.
Russia will put an urgent discussion of the situation in easternUkraine on the agenda of the United Nations Security Council andthe Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
Massive protests have gripped the south-eastern territory ofUkraine with activists seizing government buildings in Donetsk,Lugansk, Slavyansk, Mariupol, Kramatorsk and the towns ofDruzhkovka, Krasny Liman, Khartsyzk and Ilovaisk. Residents ofother cities have been rallying for the federalization ofUkraine.
On Sunday the Kiev government launched a crackdown operation inSlavyansk. Following the event, Ukraine’s Security Council hasapproved a full-scale security operation in the country’s easternregions. The coup-imposed President Aleksandr Turchinov set adeadline until Monday morning for the pro-independence supportersin eastern Ukraine to leave the government buildings they haveoccupied or the military will use force. 在美国支持下利用暴力上台的乌克兰当局，第二次向亲俄反对派示威者发最后通牒，令其明早前撤出，否则武力清除。
明显地，在乌克兰各地纷纷起义造反之时，非法当局很清楚，再不使用武力镇压民众就等于坐而待毙迅速倒台。但使用武力将要冒爆发内战甚至导致俄国为保护俄语居民出兵乌克兰的巨大风险，非法当局最终也逃不出灭亡的命运。
乌克兰非法当局这一着险招看来只有两个可能：一是 最后通牒限期一到马上动武。 这是乌当局殊死一搏的一着；另一个可能就是，发最后通牒是对俄方“火力侦察”，俄方不动，乌当局才动。 乌当局目前的举动已成世界瞩目的焦点。
明天事态如何发展还要看安理会结果如何。 但在充满火药味的今天，感觉大戏还在后头。 乌当局第一次向反对派示威者发最后通牒结果不了了之。昨天第二次向反对派示威者发最后通牒今早又过期了乌当局还没敢动，更没有把示威者吓跑。很明显，美国主子不敢开始一场打不起的战争。乌当局是否会再发最后通牒 :rolleyes: 本帖最后由 人生挺好 于 2014-4-14 14:43 编辑

No government should be allowed to use military tanks and rockets against it's own citizens. Especially the current government of Ukraine which came to power unconstitutionally in a forced coup. People in eastern Ukraine have the same right to protest as the maidan protesters and their voices should be heard and the crisis should be resolved only through negotiations. No to double standard..

Marcus is absolutely right. And have a look how BBC and CCN reports changed... The same happened in Maidan Square some time ago, meanwhile everybody received the images of "poor people of Maidan" attacked by police and now "poor police is attacked by Terrorists (!)" in South-East... what's the difference, guys??? this is a policy of double-standards, no doubt. Journalists has to be fair to their important proffession and not play black games. 自己上街夺的权，就不能不让人家干同样的事啊，街头事街头了。
