That is just to prohibit any fake transcripts.The certified copy of your original transcript is not good enough, you need to ask your school to send your transcript to the onel you wish to study, you might have to pay for it.Every univeristy has the same requirment. Seal the stuffs yourself into an official envalop of your high school.
Mail it to the university yourlsef...
Thatz it ,a very simple way used by many Chinese ppl.
But I am not sure if it is legal cos I didnt do it... LOL
of course it's not legal.
But it's the way to meet the requirement.
Actually, it's a good idea!haha Hehe, and since now, I haven't heard any ppl was treated as cheating because of this thing. Thus it is quit safe... the envelope should be institutionally sealed.
