埃及政变还是二次革命成功？
据半岛电视台等外媒报道，埃及周三政变，军方推翻上台刚满一年的总统穆罕默德·穆尔西，中止宪法，任命最高宪法法院首席法官曼苏尔·阿兹利担任临时国家元首，将在周四宣誓就职。总统与国会大选将尽快举行。埃及国防部长塞西7月3日晚间在电视直播中宣布了将由民族和解委员会实施关乎国家政治未来的路线图。穆尔西总统整个团队被软禁在共和党总统卫队俱乐部。据穆斯林兄弟会的高级成员透露，穆尔西与其助手被关押在一个军事设施内。埃及的穆斯林和基督教的神职人员也支持军方发布的路线图。教皇德罗斯（Tawadros）做了简短的声明，称路线图计划具有政治远见，会确保所有埃及人的安全。埃及民众将军方推翻总统穆尔西视为二次革命成功，在广场庆祝，彻夜狂欢。对埃及是政变还是二次革命成功，世界各国领导人目前反应不一，表态谨慎。美国已要求使馆人员撤离。美国总统奥巴马3日就此发表声明时未用“政变”一词。他说，自埃及革命以来，美国支持一系列基本原则，包括反对暴力、保护普世人权，以及符合人民合法愿望的改革。美国不支持特定的个人或政党，但我们承诺支持民主进程，尊重法治。自埃及动荡开始以来，我们呼吁有关各方共同努力，解决埃及人民合乎情理的怨气要依照民主进程，而非诉诸暴力或使用武力。
