The information provided is wrong. Even after a accident, if the driver can move, he/she should move the car away from the accident area to avoid blocking the traffic. Police will ONLY come to the scene when there is major injury. At least this is the way that works in Ontario. It happened to me once. I called the police station, and was told to drive the car to the collision center immediately. how does the insurance company pay you if you hurt in a accident? I didn't report any injery at the point of the accident, but now I found some problems such as long-term headache, back pain, sleepness, possiblly related to the accident. Can I still ask them to pay me for injury? The accident happened two days ago, and I told them I was OK when they asked me. Thanks for any info.
