公里数有问题，如何办？

我从私人A买了一辆旧车，A是两个月前从DEALER B买的。现在我有确凿证据证明B明显改过公里数。如果报案，手续如何？需要多长时间才能取回我的钱？有没有更好的办法？

Option 1. Contact B first, request B to buy back and cover the costs that have incured to you.

Option 2. If option 1 fails, call the police and follow the police instructions.

By the way, could you please post the dealer's name and address here? I wonder if that's an Iranian.
