1. Describe the fundamental issues of foreign market analysis that Molson Breweries did (or should have done) prior to their recent entry into the beer market in Brazil.

2. What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of Molson exporting beer that is " MADE IN CANADA" to the Brazilian market? some major international breweries such as Heineken from Holland prefer to export their beer to other countries, rather than enter into foreign licensing agreements.

3.Apart from exporting, describe other ways in which Molson could participate in the beer market in Brazil. For example, what are the major issue Molson would face with an international Licensing agreement to have their products produced and marketed in Brazil?

4.The decision to make a FDI is very costly. In your opinion, did Molson do enough research before they decided to invest a lot of money in the Brazilian beer market?
