有一份工作的要求这么写:
Please Note Funder Requirements: Candidates must be in receipt of
Ontario Works (OW) with a child under the age of 18.

我有1个小孩, 本人正拿EI, 请指点是否满足要求.

Ontario Works is a govt. program to help people in financial difficulty. This program also helps people to get a job so that they can support themselves. If you are in this program, you can apply such job. If you are receiving EI, you can first get enrolled in Ontario Woeks Program.
