一列队伍长100米正在行进，传令兵从排尾走到排头，又从排头走到排尾，这列队伍正好前进了100米，已知队伍的速度和传令兵的速度保持不变!问传令兵走了多少米?

well, this is not that hard!

yup,Yup, it should be a grade 6 olympic math problem. (well, although i've been here for a while, but i still remember the stuff! good for me!)

the answer should be: 100(1+ root of 2)=241 m.

suppose the speed of the person is X1, the speed of the group is x2, we've got the following equation:
x2 * = 100

and we want to get: x1 * = ?
which means we want to get x2/x1= ?

solve the 1st equation, u got all the answers you want.


p.s.if u don't know how to do it, that means u've never learned olympic math in China! (or u didn't learn well)   :p

这是一个相对速度问题，20 年前的初中物理课本上讲解的很清楚. 如果这5个大学生学的是文科, 饶了他们吧. 如果是理工科, 哈哈哈,很好笑哇! 否则, 当他们不是中国学生好啦!加拿大很多学生都是这样的啦!
