我9月份要读master，请问如何申请osap 或 financial loan?谢谢！ hehe...well, since i just applied that, i'm kind of good at this, so i'd like to help u:)
b4 u go to the website i tell u, u should know that u r eligible to that loan--> u r canadaian immigrate / citizen:p
