hi, i am new comer here try to find a java/j2ee developer position here.
it seems so many postions in workopolis or monster. but after sending so many
resume, no reply from agents or employers. the IT pamret still gloomy or local
working experience is a must?

yesterday, i agent called my ask me weather has canadian working experience.when heard i said no. he just reply bye and hang up...
