增加BABY担保的问题

香港OFFICE通知我老婆补充或更新材料（因为我们有了NEW BABY，HAPPYING），
我老婆那边要准备的材料写得很清楚，没有问题。
只是有一条是我这边要做的，内容如下（请参考信件复印件）：
--- Processing fee(confirmation letter issued by CPCM)for your new born baby
(You must notify your sponsor to contact Citizenship and Immigration Canada's
Case Processing Cetre in Mississauga to make arrangements forvthe addition of
the child to the sponsorship application.your sponsor will pay the processing
fee on your behalf to that office)
问题：1.费用只要小孩的$150.00处理费就可以了吗？
2.我这边还要填写那些表来UPDATE担保申请？
请有经验或者明白的兄弟姐妹帮忙建议一下？谢谢了。我怕耽误时间。
