因当年Boney M演唱歌曲风格,被称乎为"舞王之王....
Boney M(波尼"M)乐队是前西德的演唱组合，她不仅是一支在上个世纪七八十年代风靡一时的迪斯科乐队，更是整个迪斯科时代的一个传奇、缩影和代表。这支乐队在上世纪70年代末80年代初雄踞欧洲音乐排行榜之首。Boney M乐队成员来自西印度群岛、牙买加等地。制作人是弗朗克. 菲林 (Frank Fariam)。1977年他们以一曲《Daddy Cool》走红，特有的迪斯科韵味，加之当时美国风行迪斯科热潮，因而乐队大受欢迎。自那以后，Boney M 的周单曲销量高达10万张，录有这首歌的专辑《TaketheHeatOffme》也随之火爆。
Boney M 名字的由来也同样富有传奇色彩。在乐队组建前期，乐队的制作人Frank Farian正在制作歌曲“Baby Do You Wanna Bump”的时候，还没有真正意义上的乐队和乐队的名字。有一天Farian看到一部澳大利亚电视连续剧中的男主角－－一个警察, 他的名字叫Boney，他不仅喜欢这部电视剧中的这位英雄 , 而且他觉得Boney将会是一个很好的名字。但是他还觉得缺点什么,就开始从字母中寻找，最后 Boney M这个名字诞生了。 另一首被国人所熟悉的Boney M经典歌曲名"巴比伦河".

音乐讲述的是历史上巴比伦之囚的故事。那时很多犹太乐师被掠夺到巴比伦，当然还有其他的工匠。国王命令乐师为其演奏，乐师们宁死不屈。国王大怒，把这些人的双手都砍了。他们坐在巴比伦河边彻夜哭泣……
这首音乐的旋律极其优美流畅，节奏明快奔放。但是当我们随着那轻松、恬静、安祥、流水般的乐曲，想象和回味着背井离乡的犹太囚徒正身处逆境、漂泊异国他乡的滋味，仿佛看到一幅残忍凄凉的景像：正处于生不如死、水深火热之中的犹太人，仍在苦苦的思恋着自己家乡的小溪、绿野、田埂和稻香……音乐作者运用天堂、理想国和离乡的人们作比较，与人们的悲伤形成鲜明的对比。坐在巴比伦河畔，伤心的人们似乎在泣诉：巴比伦河啊，你静静地流淌，夜色是多么安祥，可是你哪里知道，就在你的身旁，我们被迫害的异乡人有多么的凄凉，愿圣上也能知道我们的心声，我们的祈祷和冥想……
极其矛盾的是，这首本该是用来描述悲壮的思乡之情的音乐，后来却更多的拿来表达幸福快乐的心境……之所以这样，恐怕是因为她那流畅、明快、奔放的旋律的缘故吧。
巴比伦河在美索不达米亚平原，位于伊拉克和伊朗之间。据说《巴比伦河》的曲调最初是牙买加的民间音乐，1969年由歌手Brent Dowe、Tony Brevette、 and Trevor McNaughton根据《圣经》赞美诗137：1填词，当时歌词的大体意思是：公元前586年，奴役者命令流放在巴比伦的犹太人一起唱歌。但此时此刻犹太人哪有心情唱歌，因为他们的圣城耶路撒冷已被敌人占领，要唱的话，也只能是大声唱出自己的心声——自由。1972年《巴比伦河》收录在音乐片《the Harder they come》, 该片向世界展示了优美的牙买加的民间音乐。

《鸽子》这首歌诞生于十九世纪，至今仍然被当成民歌，在世界各地广为传唱。它是西班牙民间作曲家依拉蒂尔（Sebastien Yradier）在古巴谱写的，由于写得很好，流传甚广甚长，有几个国家的人都争着把它说成是自己本国的民歌，并以拥有它而感到光彩。
古巴有人说：这首歌诞生在我国，运用哈瓦那民间舞曲的节奏为基调写成，当然是我们的民歌了。你听,歌中的第一句明明唱着：“当我离开可爱的故乡哈瓦那......”。
由于作者是西班牙人，依拉蒂尔的同胞们把它说成是自己国家的民歌，当然是顺理成章的事。
可是墨西哥许多人却不服气，他们说，这首歌写成后，是在我们的皇室为皇帝皇后祝寿时，由我国的歌唱家首演的，是我们使它流行起来的，难道没有我们的功劳？
阿根廷有人也不认输，其理由是这首歌的曲调许多地方用了附点音符和切分音，与他们首都郊外的探戈音乐非常相象。既然歌曲的音乐素材来自阿根廷，阿根廷当然就是它的故乡了。

我喜欢第一首和第二首，给我们国外的枯涩生活注入了一些兴奋剂。 此轻音乐选自比才歌剧 "采珠人"的唱段"Je crois entendre encore"(我仿佛再次听见她的歌声)...提起比才（Bizet），人们都会想起卡门(Carmen),但早在24岁时，Bizet已经在《采珠人》中显示出他非凡的旋律天才. 这部歌剧以东方的锡兰（斯里兰卡）为背景，讲的是个颇老套的三角恋爱故事. 只是这部歌剧却并不为人熟知，令人有沧海遗珠之叹。这首歌是比才的《采珠人》第一幕中年轻的渔夫Nadir思念爱人所唱的幻想之歌《我仿佛在花丛中》。这支曲子据说是最优美的男高音咏叹调之一，且在技术和风格上也是最难的男高音咏叹调之一...

一个世纪来，能唱好《今夜无人入睡》、《女人爱变卦》、《烈火熊熊》的大有人在，能唱好《我仿佛在花丛中》却是凤毛麟角。它的难度在于：首先，适合它的音色非常难得。不能太黑，不能太实，也不能太明亮，它要一个真正优雅的抒情男高音，不要spinto，更不要戏剧男高音，像卡鲁索、比约林都唱过这首歌，抛开艺术处理不说，从音色上他们就不合适，它所需要的音色，就像一些法国声乐专家所说的所谓的法国“香槟”的颜色；其次，在技术上，这首曲子是“半声”技巧的试金石，不是一般的掌握“半声”技巧，而是要达到炉火纯青的程度才能去唱，“三高”的音色唱不了这支曲子，“半声”技巧上更是无法胜任，连大名鼎鼎的吉利，虽说音色基本符合这首曲子，但唱起这首曲子来也颇为费力，声音有点发抖，结束时高音“半声”混入了不少假声；第三点难度在于其风格极难把握，单从浅显的技术层面来说，不要乱加滑音，否则便画蛇添足，吉利在这首曲子上滥加了点不适当的滑音，还有一个俄国男高音前辈叫Smirnov，半声技巧棒得不得了，音色也很适合唱着首曲子，但他的演唱听起来像是“滑翔机”。在这首极难的曲子上，投机取巧是不行的，不是比名气大，没有真本事，谁也不敢在音乐会上唱。
