本人本来想申请9月份的大学,但是现在来不及了,所以只能等到明年1月分的冬季开学,那这当中进1年的时间如果我不上课的话, 我拿着明年1月入学的学校offer去续签会被拒签吗?我的签证是明年7月底到期.本人现在在college,但是不喜欢所学的专业所以想进自己喜欢的大学专业,无奈犹豫的太久,现在来不及申请9月的了.怕被拒签,因为我的签证是3年的,如果去续签的时候签证官看我没什么专业学习的记录,会拒签吗?但是如果我那时有大学的offer,也会被拒吗?

If you have an offer for January, you may have a chance, again at the mercy of the officer.If you don't have an offer, forget it.
The best bet is to continue your education in the college and ask for an amendment to your student permit once received your university offer.
