请教一下家庭团聚的收入标准问题

请高人明示，拜托。 :thanx:
请问申请父母移民所需要的家庭收入是以什么时候的收入为标准？
是递交申请时候的，开始审理时候的，还是自始至终每一年的都要看？

Yes, that is also my big concern!! I summitted the application just one year ago and don't know how long I have to wait...

and do I have to keep my current income for ten years if I have to wait ten years?(Oh, no ,never! :P )

Anyone has any ideas?
