[求助]想自己在公共场所里固定/流动卖冰激淋，有什么限制和手续？

我家附近有一个公园，里面有大片的运动场，我想趁天气热，趸些冰淇淋卖，但不知道政府对此有什么政策和限制？如果可以的话需要办什么手续？
请对这方面有了解的网友点拨，不胜感激！ :)

tough question...
i guess..this is not easy to sell 'food' in public...
maybe u should ask the worker in the park...that how can u sell stuff over there....
this is the best way i believe
