could I apply from Buffalo?
I came to Toronto with a work permit visa and just been here for 2 months. could I apply immigration NOW from Buffalo? or shoul I stay here one year BEFOR applying immigration? I asked several immigration companys , but the answer were viarious which make me confuse.By the way, that a two years work visa.
