At the same time, it will greatly increase the budget cost of U.S. military stationed abroad. Moreover, after the East Japan earthquake, the contradiction between energy supply and demand was prominent. The United States actually strengthened its influence and control over Japan by means of shale gas export and providing domestic market share.As a small partner who has followed the United States for many years after the war, Japan has the deepest experience of the pragmatic nature of American foreign policy. It should strengthen its strength and position before the real recession of the United States, find a good way out for itself and prepare for the "strategic change" of the world. Therefore, using the "vertical Japan" policy of the United States, Japan began to take the initiative to use the Japan US alliance as a strategic tool to realize its political power, and its security vision is obviously expanding in the direction of "including but not limited to the United States", which makes the regional dual security pattern of "external forces of the US Japan alliance" show a complex trend, which undoubtedly leads wolves into the house.
