A question for 探亲表

请问各位， 我现在给父母办探亲，因为两年前递交了父母移民申请表（当然是什么下文也没有）那么在探亲表上有一栏是：
12）Have you or any member of your family even:
…
d) Applied for any Canadian Immigration visas (e.g：Permanent Resident, Student…..)
Yes    ,   No
…

应该是填 YES 还是 NO， 如果是YES，应该怎样详细说明？ 谢谢！

应该填yes，但要说明仍处于 in process中。

I am having the same problem. What was your answer to that question and what is the explanation if you say 'YES'? Did your parents get the visa? Thanks a lot!
