RE Your publication of false allegations

We are very concerned that you, using ID “张殷睿”, associated Brad Trost and the Brad Trost Campaign with false allegations in your article “党魁大战、火线入党和情妇政治学” (Leadership Battle, Urgent Registration of members and “Mistress politics”) published on April 8, 2017 at http://www.chinesecanadianvoice.ca/93648/?from=groupmessage&isappinstalled=0 and on April 10, 2017 at http://info.51.ca/news/canada/2017-04/526627.html.

Let us be clear:  neither Brad Trost nor any member of his campaign team has offered any exchange of goods and/or services to anyone as an inducement to purchase a membership in the Conservative Party of Canada. Nor has Brad Trost or any member of his campaign team offered any such inducements in exchange for supporting Brad Trost’s candidacy or his campaign for Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada. You have wrongly accused a certain group of people as being part of Brad Trost’s Chinese Campaign Team.

What your publication suggested was categorically false and without foundation in any fact.

Please cease and desist any further publication of these unfounded allegations, remove any such allegations, and publish a full and categorical apology to Brad Trost and the Brad Trost Campaign.

We look forward to your prompt attention and reply.

Should you not act promptly, further legal action will commence.

        让我们搞清楚这一事实： Brad Trost或者Brad Trost的竞选团队从来没有提供或者授权任何人用任何商品和/或者服务来刺激或者诱导人们加入联邦保守党。Brad Trost或者Brad Trost的竞选团队也从来没有使用这样的诱导方式来让人们支持保守党党领候选人Brad Trost或者他的竞选活动。而且你指控有一部分人是Brad Trost的华人竞选团队的，这也是非常错误的。

        你发表的文章完全是误导，毫无事实作为依据。

        请停止发表此类毫无根据的指控，移除所有此类的指控，并对Brad Trost和Brad Trost的竞选团队进行公开和完整的道歉。

        我们期待您立即关注此事并回复为盼。

           如果您不立刻采取行动，我们将采取进一步法律措施。
