前文链接,数据说明,多村人口的增长相对于房屋的供给是下降的。是需求吹高了房价。那么都是谁需要超出人口比例的许多房子?呵呵......只怕市场上许多人并不是买了自住的吧.... 政策滞后太多,温哥华的工薪中产无法合理负担房屋,多伦多只怕是历史重演罢了......

In late 2015 I saw my first ghost subdivision in a suburb north of Toronto. I went in the evening and there were around three hundred homes in that subdivision with no lights on. I thought they were unsold homes. The person I visited explained that all of the homes had been sold six months earlier and the owners show up on weekends to check up on their empty properties with many of them being Chinese.

炒房的不一定都是国人,但是只要有比较多的国人一味的钻政策的空子....... 后果自己想去吧,人无远虑,必有近忧。
