无良经纪·········大家小心她啊！！！

这个真的完全不能怪对方经纪。对方经纪维护的是卖方利益。她为卖家争取了更高的租金，自己的佣金反而只有一半了（本来一个月的租金，现在因为最后的租客有买家经纪，变成半个月的租金）。从卖家的角度她是个好经纪。只能怪你自己放着免费的经纪不雇，却要自己去面对卖方经纪。

if you   submit  your application and deposit, but have not sign a lease agreement yet,  then it is  very normal  the landlord    may choose any other  applicant as his tenant , but landlord  must  return your deposit. many Chinese prospective  tenant  think that they become  tenant  once  application  and deposit  are submitted to landlord.in Ontario ,RTA  does  not allow landlord  to collect more then  one month rent as  deposit. this  deposit  will automatic  become   last month rent once lease agreement signed.
so the agent  may not be 无良经纪 as you said.
