Bob Rae bankrupted Ontario 15 years ago; and David Miller almost bankrupted Toronto. Both were NDP's.

What Harper continually fails to see, is he had a minority and if he wins a minority government again, he needs to compromise. The entire election could have been avoided if he compromised. The liberals cannot bring down his government. It requires all opposition parties to bring down a minority government with as many seats as he is expected to win. All he needs to do is satisfy some needs of one opposition party. The NDP requests were pretty straight forward prior to this last election and Harper chose the election over these compromises.

Unfortunately, most people that support Harper want him to rule as a dictator and see no need in compromise.

The people are speaking, there are 4 left of centre parties out there and one way off in the right. The Reform/Alliance/Conservative party still cannot seem to get enough support to form a majority so far. I think that says a lot. If we had one party to the left and split the convervatives up into the reform, the Alliance, the Conservatives and the ???, I bet the center of left party would walk away with a majority hands down.

Proportional representation is required in this country to get rid of strategic voting, and force minority governments into power, and to move towards governance with negotiations and compromise, and respect. All of which Harper is adamantly opposed to.

呼吁改宪法, 实行竞选淘汰制, 跟美国一样, 小党遭淘汰. 最后一定是多数政府, 5年内有绝对的执政权. 加拿大的少数政府就是TMD无政府状态, 白浪费纳税人的钱.

NDP 是不能选的。看看苗大伟都干了啥。我记得刚来加拿大时的一位ESL 老师讲的，选哪个政党要看该政党能给加拿大带来持续性的利益。 NDP 的政策是治标不治本，谁有要求就满足谁，低收入的要求从别人的税金中得到更多的好处，给。老人福利缩水了需要帮助，给。那么最后谁来买单？就是我们纳税人。但这样的政策并没有帮到他们，反而最终造就更多的懒人。太多人“守株待兔”喜欢白白得到东西了。最后反而毁了他们。而低收入人越来越多，最后只能再加税。同时他们又会是如何想的？看看最近福特想卖房时发生的情况吧。他们认为这些原本不是自已劳动所得的利益是他们应得的。谁要拿走，就要坚决反抗，要Integrity!

试想中国，那么多人生活在没有或很少福利保障的情况下，人们是如何为了生存去努力并生存下来的。有时我们善意的福利并不是真正帮到人的。

自由党这次的竞选钢领同NDP 大同小异，昨晚看CBC 主持人对党领的采访，就问到他们的纲领同NDP 一样，选上后如何在承诺的不加税的情况下实现竞选承诺？即如何给老人，穷人更多好处？那个党领根本不回答这个问题，反而大谈他的教育计划。回避了！

至于保守党的理念，降低商业税，从而让公司营利。我觉得是根本上带动经济，最后提高大家的收入。试想一下，公司，企业好了，利润高了，员工收入也会提高，同时会雇更多人。这是根本上来改变一个国家的。我认为这就是我的ESL 老师说的给这个国家带来持续性发展机会的。而不是NDP 认为的增加企业税来均富来削弱企业竞争力，最后自已砸自已饭碗。
另外希望保守党能加重罪犯的惩罚幅度。这也是社会公平的一个体现。不想看到一个强奸了8岁幼女的人仅只得到几年的刑。且为何加拿大的犯人不能象中国一样有劳动改造？养着犯人在监狱里而不是让他们干活改造呢？不明白。

支持保守党！！

哈伯政府蔑视国会就凭这一点他有违民主理念不配当总理.现在是称"哈伯政府"而不称为加拿大联邦政府是为何意。20国集团会议花费了纳税人多少钱，而且还没有如实地向国会报告。延长在阿富汉的驻军又要化费纳税人多少钱。出兵伊垃克利比亚又要化多少钱。没有报告国会自作主张化这么多钱买战机是为保家卫国还是为了攻打别的国家。哈伯接管联邦政府时留下了多少盈余而现在又赤字多少呢。这样的一个花花公子参加选美我一定选他。如选政府总理以想象能为国民做好点什么吗。不管如何哈伯也做了7年的加国总理了，当长了就会变味的，其实几个政党的政纲相差无几应该轮换政党来执政了。我会选自由党，虽说党领欠缺些执政经历但会精心去做，况且自由党内能人不少的。

在当前物价高涨，侵略战争不断的情况下，我赞成联合政府，这样可以相互制约，消减开支，不轻易参与战争，否者推翻！！！
