你的遭遇值得同情。但我也同意8#，9#贴的看法，那个女人就是掌握了你们新移民的弱点：不了解加拿大的法规和人文习惯，英文不好，再加上多数中国房东都是抱着一个愿打一个愿挨的心态，想多分租多收房租来让房客承担贷款，而且许多不开发票以便逃税。实际上本应该有多种方法来制止她这种行为的，你可以给她90天通知让她搬家，如她不搬，你可以报警，这样主动权就完全掌握在你手里。第二点，在你第一次上庭赢她以后接着就应告她诬告，绯谤和欺诈，事到如今你仍然可以反告她这三条罪名。如罪名成立，她就有了Criminal record,她会丢掉保险经纪的饭碗，那才是她最怕的。

好像是根據你房子的大小決定能住多少人. 並不是住幾家. 例如, 一間1400 sf 左右的Town House 最多只能住9個人.

you have to make sure that your house states: multiple family residence... if the time you bought it , on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, states :"single family residence",, then you have a trouble... because that means, the house should not be rent it out...

#38 说的对，一旦遇到这样的租客，立刻想办法利用现有的法律途径把他们赶走。不要计较一点暂时的损失。

Expose your court case number here, then everyone can check her name. In which court did she sue you? Small claim court or Ontario Rental House Tribunal?

What is the most important in this case is witness! Even though you have some pics, she can still accuse that you made that up. But witness will be more helpful. You need to find your tenants who would like to prove her misbehaviors. And also, you can find the police who handled your case in different times. At last, you can try to find her previous landlord to prove that she did all these on purpose.

他加租你可以搬走啊，干嘛要学坏样子呢？ 难道别人杀人你也拿刀找事？ 不租这些可恶的房东的房子就是了。

All of single house allow maximum 3 homestay students, or 2 unit families in GTA, you also can rent as sharing room if your house is in downtown, or in 10minutes walking distance from a college or university. what ever where the house is, semi-detached or detached, but a town-house can not have a second kitchen inside, a housee with 3 kitchens is illegal.

1400sq town house can be used for 9 people? that is a lot. I knew somebody in downtown rent her town house to 6 people, and her town house is 2500sqf, she got a lots trouble from the city and the fire department because the complain from her neighbor. Town house is connected to each other, is very easy to get complain form neighbor and get fined.
