I was a nursing student before, I have been a RN for three years now. I like your artice, it reminds me the student life. I was not a competent student, my english was so terrible. I could not communicate effectively with pts and staff, I avoided to answer phone call because I could not understand what they were talking about. Every teacher or precepter may be thinking to fail me at first, but finally they all changed mind. Everyday was a tortue to me at that time. The writer is more smarter than me, she has all kind of techniques. for me, the only way is 忍. Showing them you are caring, caring for pt, for nursing, and for staff. I admit, I am not a competent RN.  Even now, for three years, but fortunately, I can continue to work tomorrow, as a RN.

总说中国人际关系复杂，加拿大只注重能力。实际上在哪都一样，你要是觉得加拿大没有人际关系这个问题，说明还是工作层次太低，周围的人根本就和你没有利益冲突。
