法院判决后,怎么样要求被告依照判决执行----付钱?

Yours is a civil case, so the law court will not assist you.

You have 2 options:

1. Hire a collection agency, or

2. Find out whether the person in his/her name has any property, ideally a house/condo or less ideally a car.  Go to court to place a lien on these properties. If he/she refuses to pay, apply for bankruptcy, which however is more difficult. Eventually he/she will have to sell the properties, but will have to settle your lien first by paying you and all legal costs.
